THE CAMPS
BASE CAMP
Base Camp is on the lower West side of the property, adjacent to the Lower Ranch. Base camp will be comprised of a large house and surrounded by villas, a workshop, stables, pool and outdoor kitchen.
Lookout Mountain Camp
As soon as Base Camp is complete, we’ll build out several camps on the inside of the property such Lookout Mountain Camp, Cloud Camp, Jungle Camp and an over night tent camp at The Jewel, our 75’ waterfall.
THE barndominium @ base camp
BASE CAMP (2025 Project)
We're building a base camp across the marsh from the lower farm. The project will begin in 2025 and should take around two years.
